Flat and house leases become shorter with the passing of time and often when there are 70 years or less unexpired, the obtaining of a mortgage may be difficult or may be subject to onerous conditions and therefore difficult to sell. Crozier Hadley can act on behalf of a Leaseholder in extending the lease and the accompanying Valuation. We can also act for a Freeholder where a leaseholder has requested a lease extension.

 

Crozier Hadley are able to provide reinstatement cost assessments to property owners and mortgagees. This service is especially useful to Freeholders / Management Company Directors of blocks of flats.
